Justin Rose With Back-to-Back Wins at WGC and Turkish Airlines

After a late rally-win at the WGC-HSBC Champions in China, Justin Rose kept his rally-cap on this past weekend at the Turkish Airlines Open with three birdies in the last four holes to grab the “W” and to spring into contention in the Race to Dubai.

54-hole co-leaders Shane Lowry and Kiradech Aphibarnrat stumbled late in their rounds while Englishman, Justin Rose rolled in a 15-footer on 16 for birdie and a similar putt on 18 giving him a one shot victory over the field.

“It’s like a bus,” Rose said of winning while on the phone with his family shortly after holing the final putt. “You wait ages for one, and then two turn up.”

Tiger and Rory are the only two other players to have won the week after winning a WGC title.
