Justin Thomas Wins South Korea’s CJ Cup @ Nine Bridges

South Korea’s first PGA Tour event, The CJ Cup @ Nine Bridges, pushed all the way to a playoff between Marc Leishman and Young Gun Justin Thomas who both shot -9 after 72 holes.

On the par-5 72nd hole, both players stuck their second shots but each missed their eagle putts to force extra holes. On the first playoff hole, both guys pared the par-5 18th but  Leishman found the water on his approach the second time around, leaving JT with the opportunity he needed to take the win.

After a career defining season, the PGA Tour Player of the Year is looking forward to some time off.

”I’m so excited to not do anything,” Thomas said. ”I officially have nothing left in the tank at this moment.”

Certainly well deserved JT!
